(this post should have seen the light two mondays ago. I'm late, but I cannot skip it, so ... here it is)
All good things come to an end.
My, our stay in Como is about to end. But this is not "the" good thing I want to talk about.
Rather, it is the Monday evening fitnes class at Villaguardia by Anto.
Villaguardia is a small town just out of Como, and "Wet life" is the funny name of a swimming-pool with Spa and Fitness area where Anto started to teach just one month after coming to Como.
Here are the first pictures I took of her teaching there, when the group was hardly reaching 10 persons....
These photos date february, 2008.
Every monday, after working at BipComo (the Apple Reseller) I would rush out of the store, take the "70" bus, and reach Villaguardia for two hours of real fun: Step, Pilates (season 2008/2009), Step, Pump (season 2009/2010).
These lessons were "the" nice part of my mondays, the un-missable event of the week.
Moving to the cote-d'Azur can hardly be a sad, or bad thing.
But there is "rovescio della medaglia". The monday lessons have to stop.
So -- here are the photos I took on the last monday, november 30, 2009:
The group was now in the 25-30 range (30 people, I mean), many have become friends in the process.
As always, we jumped, we sweat, we danced on the steps...and then it was 9 PM.
Time to wrap up, and say good bye.
I'll never forget the mondays night lessons at Villaguardia by Anto. They have always been very, very nice
"Nice"!
What a word....
